I always tell girls to try to dress and wear their hair in a way that works for their look rather than follow every trend. Right now, blue eye liner and shadows are in style. They can look great if you have blue eyes and fair skin, and it is fun to experiment with colors. But, if you have olive skin and brown eyes the blue just won’t look right.
