Breast Cancer Awareness

October is breast cancer awareness month and there are so many things you can do to support the initiative. You can buy beauty products, jewelry, and even bake for a cause.  Here are some of my favorite ways to spread the word.

Bake it Happen is a fun way to spread the word and win a free ipad.  All you have to do is go to the, download the recipe for Judy's Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf, bake it and spread the word by:

  • TWEET about your loaf using the hashtags:  #bakeithappen #b4b
  • PIN - your awesome loaf to your Pinterest board with hashtags #bakeithappen #bfb
  • POST - your awesome loaf to your own Facebook page w/ tag @bakeithappen
  • Instagram your awesome loaf photos with hashtags #bakeithappen #bfb

I made it Sunday night and it was so delicious.  You can even print out stickers and give to friends as gifts or organize a bake sale at your school with proceeds going to the cause.

Although there aren't many people who can confirm about the idea of breast cancer and how aware people about it. No one could manage it as much as a Goverment associations . And more so when people have walked and talked (as they say) so much about it.
